Facial reflexology is deeply relaxing and can ease the mind which may help with stress and your well being. It works on the same principles as hand and foot reflexology. It has all the same wonderful benefits but has an added benefit of leaving you glowing from the inside out. Facial reflexology also aims to relieve blocked sinuses and congestion, drain lymphatics, improve circulation and relieve tension in the head and body.
Elemis products are used to cleanse and tone the skin.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialist reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. This can help encourage the body’s natural detoxification processes, reduce swelling, congestion and supporting the immune system.

RLD is an award-winning treatment developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons) through extensive clinical practice, originally within cancer care settings to support those experiencing secondary lymphoedema. It is now widely used to support people living with a range of chronic and long-term conditions, inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.

RLD offers a gentle, non-invasive treatment which is designed to mimic the techniques and effects of Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage.

Treatments take place on the feet, so all you have to do is remove your shoes and socks.

Reflexology using FRT framework (Suitable for children, teenagers and older people)

FRT is a combination of relaxation techniques drawn from reflexology. It has been developed to support children and adults of all ages with additional needs, complex needs and high levels of anxiety. It is also a beneficial experience for more vulnerable adults with dementia and Alzheimer's. Applying these techniques encourages the body to release 'feel good hormones' which allows the body to relax, improve a person's mood, reduce anxiety and support well-being.

** Please note - Mobile visits are available for those who are unable to come to my treatment room. Please contact me directly to book a mobile visit (£25 for a mobile visit).

Wow. Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend Kirsteen highly enough. I had the 90 min Bliss treatment, face and feet. One of the best treatments I have ever had, and I have been fortunate to have a few!
I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed. Kirsteen ran through everything she was going to do and made sure I was completely comfortable.

I have been for a few lymphatic drainage treatments. I have severe eczema and have had it all my life. My skin after the treatment is definitely less red, itchy and the tightness feels easied! Highly recommend this for anyone who suffers like I do (especially on my face) it’s also very relaxing.
