FRT is a combination of relaxation techniques drawn from reflexology. It has been developed to support children and adults of all ages with additional needs, complex needs and high levels of anxiety. It is also a beneficial experience for more vulnerable adults with dementia and Alzheimer's. Applying these techniques encourages the body to release 'feel good hormones' which allows the body to relax, improve a person's mood, reduce anxiety and support well-being.

RLD is an award-winning treatment developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons) through extensive clinical practice, originally within cancer care settings to support those experiencing secondary lymphoedema. It is now widely used to support people living with a range of chronic and long-term conditions, inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.
RLD offers a gentle, non-invasive treatment which is designed to mimic the techniques and effects of Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage.

I had a reflexology lymphatic drainage session and it was amazing! Super relaxing, and I could actually feel it working during the treatment. I left feeling so refreshed and light ( I suffer from lipodema). Definitely recommend giving it a try!
